Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced React.js Lead/Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the design, development, and use of component-based UI architectures, with demonstrable knowledge of large-scale JavaScript application architectures.

Team Collaboration:
You will be working alongside two other team members from offshore.
Proof of Concept (PoC) will be the key deliverable and needs to be presented to the customer for confirmation and go-ahead.
There will be one internal round of interviews, and a client interview may be required.
Direct interaction with the client is necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of complex React.js applications.
Utilize your in-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, and front-end languages to create high-quality, scalable solutions.
Work with REACT tools including Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.
Conduct browser-based debugging and performance testing.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
Collaborate with a global team to solve complex business needs.
Manage innovation development projects from vague requirements to well-defined projects with committed stakeholders.
Develop and present Proof of Concept (PoC) to customers for confirmation and go-ahead.
Required Skills and Experience:
Previous working experience as a React.js Lead/Architect with a minimum of 10+ years.
Strong experience in the design, development, and use of component-based UI architectures.
Demonstrable knowledge of large-scale JavaScript application architectures.
In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, and front-end languages.
Knowledge of REACT tools including Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.
Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Proven ability and curiosity to quickly learn new technologies.
Keen interest in working with a global team to solve complex business needs.
Strong background in innovation development projects.
Comfortable managing the funnel from relatively vague requirements to well-defined projects with committed stakeholders.
Previous working experience on Proof of Concept (PoC).
