Oversees the daily operations and team supervision imaging, ensuring high-quality, efficient service delivery through effective staffing and resource management. Drives continuous improvement by developing and implementing programs, policies, procedures, and protocols. Leads performance improvement initiatives, manages inventory and equipment needs, and coordinates ongoing staff education and development. Monitors team performance for policy compliance while proactively identifying and addressing operational challenges. Recommends and implements strategies to enhance the customer experience and optimize departmental efficiency.
