Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Reports to the Quality manager.
• Responsible for monitoring all CCPs; filling, seaming, processing, and labelling.
• Responsible for environmental monitoring; upholding GMPs, cleaning, batching and filling.
• Verification activities
• Cleaning (atp, protein swabs)
• Kit ingredient quantities
• Batching critical factors (pH, total solids)
• Fill weight checks
• Headspace checks
• Seam evaluations
• Pressure checks
• Post-process destructive evaluation
• Raw material inspections.
• Alerts management to any food safety concerns they encounter

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Taking accurate measurements
• Recording and interpreting data
• Manage the day-to-day quality program activities.
• Oversees kitting, batching, filling, and heat processing.
• Manages all daily records.
• We are looking for someone that would be flexible with their schedule, open to longer shifts if necessary

Education & Experience

• 1 year (Required)
• For the Quality Technician there is a "Better Process Control School " which could be a plus but is not a requirement.
• Candidates with a science degree
