Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Reports to the Quality manager.
Responsible for monitoring all CCPs; filling, seaming, processing, and labelling.
Responsible for environmental monitoring; upholding GMPs, cleaning, batching and filling.
Verification activities
Cleaning (atp, protein swabs)
Kit ingredient quantities
Batching critical factors (pH, total solids)
Fill weight checks
Headspace checks
Seam evaluations
Pressure checks
Post-process destructive evaluation
Raw material inspections.
Alerts management to any food safety concerns they encounter

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Taking accurate measurements
Recording and interpreting data
Manage the day-to-day quality program activities.
Oversees kitting, batching, filling, and heat processing.
Manages all daily records.
We are looking for someone that would be flexible with their schedule, open to longer shifts if necessary

Education & Experience

1 year (Required)
For the Quality Technician there is a "Better Process Control School " which could be a plus but is not a requirement.
Candidates with a science degree
