Job Description

Fore Property Company , a privately held and growing national development and property management company is searching for a Property Operations Trainer to join our team at our corporate office in Las Vegas, NV.

The Property Management Operations Trainer is responsible for the development, training and facilitation of courses and programs related to all aspects of property management best practices in leasing, tenant relations, financial management, maintenance, customer service and soft skills. In addition, this professional will provide training on and ensure policy and procedures are properly executed on the property level. Responsible for overseeing the lease efforts for assigned properties, and will effectively coordinate persons, activities and available resources in order to accomplish property objectives, as set forth by the Vice President and Company. These objectives will include maximizing occupancy levels and property values.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Operations trainer in the multifamily industry required.
  • Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, interpersonal skills with the ability to work with users at all levels are essential
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Must be a team player and willing to work in a collaborative environment
  • Must be able to travel to various sites for support and training purposes
  • This position is located in our Las Vegas, NV Corporate office
