Role Involvement

  1. This key team member will be responsible for and expected to play a meaningful role in the following:

  1. Interaction with Client’s leadership and Asset Management team:
  2. Work closely with marketing, leasing, accounting, construction and development teams as required.
  3. Prepare, assemble and coordinate monthly and quarterly PM reports and presentations.
  4. Assist in preparation of annual property budgeting.

  1. Direct interaction with Client’s Management team:
  2. Tenant point of contact and regular communication.
  3. Manage, oversee and update Prism work order system.
  4. Assist with new vendor contract bid process and contract management and oversight.
  5. Make sure all property management documentation is saved, organized and accessible to all Property Management team members.
  6. Collect and review vendor certificates of insurance to comply with property and contractual requirements. Loop in BSP insurance consultants as needed to ensure compliance or satisfactory coverage.
  7. Facilitate tenant and common area utility transitions for tenants move in/outs and new property onboarding.
  8. Update, maintain and distribute vendor, tenant, and management contact information.
