Job Description

As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, responsible for generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Project Specialist-Sales Rep's Responsibilities: (Included, but not limited to)

  • Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify potential clients and develop strategies to approach and convert them into clients. Build rapport and trust with homeowners, understanding their needs, preferences, and budgetary constraints.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Client Consultation: Educate clients on our products, services, and the benefits of home remodeling
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our products and offerings. Prepare and present detailed quotes to clients addressing their specific requirements and concerns
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed assigned sales metrics and performance goals.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with company goals.
  • Client satisfaction: Provide exceptional client service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

Requirements of the Project Specialist-Sales Rep: (Must Haves)

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years proven experience in sales, preferably in home improvement or residential construction industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
  • Strong problem- solving skills and handling challenges with professionalism and tact
  • Education: High school diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, preferred.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
