Your new company
Our client is a Tier 1 heavy civil contractor who operate in the heavy highway and waste water construction markets across Texas. They have been in business for over 50 years and have an excellent reputation in the industry. There have a range projects are all across Texas and will work on projects anywhere from $10Mill up to $200Mill. Due to a solid pipeline of work and constant growth in their wastewater division they are now looking for an experience wastewater project manager to join the team.
Your new role
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the project costing, safety, scheduling, budget and overall management of the day to day operations of the site. Successfully bid projects will be passed on to you from the pre-construction team, you will then communicate and manage the project, liaising with sub-trades, consultants, engineers and client representatives.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have at least 10 years experience as a Project Manager in the civil construction market with at least 5 year’s experience working on wastewater projects. Ideally you will have a degree construction Management or construction science. You possess excellent leadership qualities and are able to lead on any given project or task.
