Project Manager - Water/Wastewater

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee water and wastewater construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close water/wastewater construction projects according to deadlines and within budget.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation, and develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks and issues.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports for stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven working experience as a Project Manager in water/wastewater construction.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience with construction management and CPM scheduling is a plus.
• Familiarity with value engineering, contract management, budget management, and estimating.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction software.
