Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to support and drive key strategic initiatives that impact multiple departments and contribute directly to organizational growth. This role oversees the full project management lifecycle — from planning and execution to delivery — ensuring all projects align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Up to 10% travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the full lifecycle of multiple moderately complex projects, from initiation through completion.
  • Develop, communicate, and maintain project plans, defining goals, roles, timelines, and deliverables while adhering to established project management frameworks.
  • Manage project budgets — tracking, forecasting, and adjusting as needed to maintain financial alignment.
  • Serve as a mentor and resource to Associate Project Managers, offering guidance on best practices and lifecycle management.
  • Conduct research and provide analytical support to project sponsors to ensure stakeholder alignment and organizational buy-in.
  • Coordinate team logistics, including meeting scheduling, minutes, action item tracking, and follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across departments and internal stakeholders to promote effective collaboration.
  • Manage expectations and communications among project sponsors, internal teams, and external vendors.
  • Continuously monitor project progress and proactively follow up to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Apply effective conflict management techniques to identify, address, and resolve issues that may impact project success.
  • Define, track, and report on project success metrics to evaluate performance and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in a business, consulting, or analytical role; experience in engineering, finance, management, or information systems is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and Visio.
  • Experience using project management software — SmartSheet strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • PMP certification or equivalent professional credential is a plus.
