Hiring: Project Manager and Senior Estimator | Winter Garden FL or Tampa FL

Project Manager: 100,000 to 140,000, plus benefits

Senior Estimator: 120,000 to 140,000, plus benefits

I’m managing a confidential search on behalf of a long established general contractor with a strong presence in industrial process construction across Florida. The firm delivers design build and construction management projects in food and beverage, manufacturing, and complex commercial environments. They are expanding their leadership team and actively hiring a Project Manager and a Senior Estimator.

Project Manager Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Leading project teams and directing all phases of construction delivery, with particular focus on industrial and process driven facilities
• Managing project logistics, schedules, and compliance with specifications, drawings, and safety requirements
• Coordinating subcontractors and maintaining clear lines of communication with suppliers, stakeholders, and internal teams
• Preparing competitive bids, monitoring cost reports, and adjusting schedules based on field conditions
• Maintaining rigorous standards for quality and client engagement throughout planning, execution, and closeout

Senior Estimator Overview

The Senior Estimator will be responsible for:

• Leading estimating efforts for industrial and commercial construction projects, including detailed takeoffs, cost development, and bid strategy
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and proposals to build accurate cost models across all scopes
• Managing subcontractor outreach, bid reviews, and scope alignment
• Preparing comprehensive proposal packages including labor, materials, equipment, contingencies, and markups
• Supporting preconstruction planning and transitioning awarded projects to the operations team

Ideal Background

• Strong experience in industrial or commercial construction, preferably within food and beverage, manufacturing, or process related environments
• Proven capability in either project delivery or full cycle estimating for projects ranging from mid scale to large scale
• Comfort working within fast moving design build or CM structures where accuracy, communication, and client interaction are central
• Proficiency with industry software including Procore, Bluebeam, or Sage Estimating is advantageous
• Based in Central Florida or willing to commute to Winter Garden or Tampa as needed
