Job Description

About the Job:

  • Provide administrative support for the board and various committees and groups.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, draft materials, arrange logistics, and attend meetings to take minutes as needed.
  • Ensure project timelines are followed through strategic streamlining of operations.
  • Monitor and track department budgets, preparing and presenting reports.
  • Provide additional support as needed to facilitate the work of these groups.

About You:

  • A bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
  • 3-4+ years of experience in program coordination or administrative support in an association is required.
  • Tech-savvy with strong experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, and Teams.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills with a customer service attitude.
  • Ability to travel for annual conferences/events.

About the Position:

  • $65K-$67K, depending on experience.
  • Annual bonus structure and 401(K) contributions.
