We are seeking skilled and dedicated sub-contractors/contractors to join our remediation team as business partners. If you are a sole proprietor, owner/installer, or a jack of all trades with expertise in various construction and remodeling tasks, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• General Carpentry (Rough and Finish)
• Bathroom Upgrades / Remodel
• Kitchen Refresh / Remodel
• Painting (Interior and Exterior)
• Drywall Repair / Patching / Caulking / Texture Match
• Minor Plumbing and Electrical Work
• Flooring Repair and Installation

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent craftsmanship
• Strong knowledge of construction best practices and building code regulations
• Strong project management skills, including budgets and deadlines
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and other professionals
• Provide pictures and quality of work references (Customers and Contractors)
• 3-5 years of experience in the Remediation and Insurance field
• Proficient in speaking and writing English
• Reliable transportation (Truck and/or Trailer)
• Tools for all aspects of the scope of work
• Insurance: General Liability, Workers Compensation, Auto
