Production Manager

Manufacturing Operations

Medical Device Manufacturing company looking for an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to lead team in manufacturing operations.

Job Functions:

Production Manager will provide operations leadership manage work of other Supervisors, Team Leaders in manufacturing operations.
Supervise production, quality, Safety and motivate people. As production manager, keep track of production data, identify bottlenecks and improve productivity.
Drive continuous improvement, work with quality Engineers & preventative maintenance..on improving productivity. Establish performance metrics for team and individuals.
Develop and various projects across the entire operation.

Candidate Requirements

5-10+ years Leading Teams people in Operations as Supervisor or Production Manager or Operations Manager
Understanding of Microsoft Excel to track data, create charts, manage projects.
Prior experience in continuous improvement, root cause analysis, experience with 5S is a plus, ability to read blueprints
Prior experience running operations in a High volume environment such as Medical device or Automotive industry is a huge plus.
Prior experience in injection molding or insert molding or blow molding is a huge plus.
Bachelors Degree is not required.
