Job Description

Title - Product Training & Support Manager

Required to work onsite in Swedesboro, NJ

Ideal candidate will have a background in Light Towers and/or Power Generation Equipment.

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, progressive person to lead our company from a product support and product training perspective. This person should be a self-starter, self-motivated, enthusiastic, proactive, and outgoing with the ability to build long term relationships with our customers, potential customers and staff members. An ideal candidate will have a background in Product Training and/or Product Support.

Duties Include but are not limited to

  • Develop Product Sales Training
  • Train current staff and customers
  • Travel in field with sales personnel for training and product demo’s
  • Assist in product technical support
  • Product Troubleshooting
  • Develop service and technical support training
  • Assist in developing competitive product support comparisons
  • Assist in the development and enhancement of product manuals
  • Assist in the management of any online support materials including online procurement portals
  • Others to be assigned

Minimum Job Requirements

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Associate’s Degree
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook with solid IT skills.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • 2-5 Years’ experience in a similar role
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
