Product Manager

UAG is seeking a full-time Product Manager to join our growing team.

We are looking for a flexible, detail-oriented, and proactive team member who is excited about bringing new products to market and supporting the development of meaningful, consumer-focused solutions.

Location: Irvine, California (Hybrid work option available with up to three days remote work)

Role Overview

As a Product Manager, you will support the planning, development, and launch of products within your assigned categories. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to help execute product strategies, manage day-to-day product details, and contribute to the overall success of key product lines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing product roadmaps and go-to-market plans for assigned categories.
  • Conduct consumer and market research to identify trends, product needs, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—such as sales, brand, and creative—to support product development and launch activities.
  • Partner with Creative and eCommerce teams to help coordinate launch assets, including product renders, photography, sales materials, and launch kits.
  • Support product setup, costing, mix management, and overall product lifecycle tasks.
  • Monitor and report on product performance and gather insights to improve future releases.
  • Help manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring alignment with priorities, timelines, and deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with development or engineering teams to help define and document product requirements.
  • Some experience with consumer product launches or supporting a product category (2–3 years preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret both qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Effective communication and presentation abilities (verbal and written).
  • Passion for quality and enthusiasm for building great products.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build positive working relationships.

Additional Information:

This position may require occasional Domestic travel.
