About the Role:

Client is seeking an experienced Product Manager to support a large-scale implementation of Oracle Retail and Retail Demand Forecasting (RDF) systems. This role is critical to enabling smarter inventory and supply chain decisions, supporting client’s strategic partnership with Kroger.

You’ll work cross-functionally with stakeholders across product, engineering, data, and operations teams to deliver forecasting capabilities that power business-critical decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and product roadmap for Oracle Retail and RMS (Retail Merchandising System), with a focus on Retail Demand Forecasting (RDF)
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Drive alignment across business units by presenting recommendations and progress updates to executive leadership
• Use data-driven insights to inform prioritization, product decisions, and continuous improvements
• Ensure effective stakeholder communication across a 65% remote team

Top Skills Required:

• Demand Forecasting expertise, particularly in retail environments
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across distributed teams

Preferred Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and executive presentation skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment across technical and non-technical teams
