A true LMM Generalist Mezzanine firm based in the Washington, D.C. region is looking to add on Associates to their team in the near term. The ideal fit for this role would have at least 2 years of Investment Banking experience upon start date with the firm and have a desire to live in the Washington, D.C. region. This opportunity would be a career track style role and come with a high quality work life balance. Individuals interviewing with this firm will also notice a strong sense of company culture and desire to do business in a positive manner. All-in cash compensation for this role would be in the ball park of $140k-$150k and grow in your time with the firm. Candidates who secure this position will have plenty of mentorship opportunities to work with senior leadership as well as participate in many parts of the deal process.
