Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and assess patients' vital signs and medical condition
• Assist patients with activities of daily living
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
• Educate patients and their families on proper home care procedures and self-management techniques
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care activities

Requirements

• Valid license in the state of Georgia
• CPR certification
• Compassionate an patient-oriented approach to care
• Strong communication
