Excellent opportunity for a LA licensed, BC|BE Primary Care Physician (IM or FM) for this growing value-based medicine practice just outside of Baton Rouge. Group is offering a $60,000 sign-on bonus!!
This fast-growing, senior focused, team approach to primary care provides a positive and well-balanced environment. This model is positioned to provide better outcomes for senior patients as we provide multi-disciplinary services and coordinated care supported by community relationships.

Mon - Friday schedule
Average 12 patients per day
Guaranteed base salary plus bonus

Requirements:
Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Geriatrician
Active and unrestricted DEA
