Job Description

We are looking to fill a long-term Contract role as PMP certified Project Manager

Mode of Interview: In Person Only

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Work Location: Mechanicsville, VA

Shift: EST

Required Qualifications:

• 10 Years of experience as a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex IT projects, with a specific focus on cloud migrations (preferably Azure).
• 5 years of experience managing migration project budgets and schedules.
• 5 years of experience in Azure services: Familiarity with a wide range of Azure services, including Azure Migrate, Azure Site Recovery, and Azure Database Migration Service
• 5 years of experience in Cloud concepts: A strong understanding of cloud computing principles (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and hybrid cloud environments.
• 5 years of experience in DevOps: Knowledge of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.
• 5 years of experience in CLI) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• 5 years of experience in PMP and Agile/Scrum
• 10 years of experience in Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively translate complex technical concepts for all levels of the business
• 10 years of experience in Leadership: The ability to guide and motivate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• 10 years of experience in Problem-solving: Strong analytical skills to anticipate and mitigate risks and resolve issues during the migration process.
• 5 years of experience in Adaptability: The ability to thrive in a fast- paced, demanding environment and manage multiple concurrent projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Automation: Working knowledge of scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Azure
• 5 years of experience in Azure Certifications (Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions, Architect Expert, Azure Migration/Modernization Specialist)
