We’re hiring a C Operator to join our Operations-Shared Services team. This role is critical to site safety and operational efficiency. You’ll be responsible for handling hazardous materials, operating industrial equipment and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
Why This Role?
Your Key Responsibilities:
✅ Safe Loading & Unloading: Handle trucks and railcars per Tessenderlo Kerley, OSHA, EPA, DOT and HM-126 regulations.
✅ Equipment Operation & Troubleshooting: Control manual valves, pumps and processing equipment; resolve process irregularities.
✅ Quality Assurance: Read and record instrumentation data; collect and analyze product samples.
✅ Hazardous Waste Management: Contain, clean, package and label hazardous materials according to RCRA, HAZWOPER and DOT guidelines.
✅ Safety & Compliance: Participate in safety programs, conduct monthly inspections and support emergency response efforts.
✅ Facility Maintenance & Projects: Assist with equipment inspections, lockout/tagout, confined space entry and turnarounds.
