We are looking for a Plant Operator to join our Agricultural Solutions team in Idaho Falls,ID.

The Plant Operator is responsible for processes that utilize both batch and continuous operations. We are seeking a Canola Seed Facility Plant Operator that has both warehouse experience and cleaning equipment experience. The successful candidate(s) will be able to demonstrate a proven history of strong safety and environmental performance. Examples of operational duties include operating process equipment, for receive, condition, treat and ship canola seed. Duties also include sampling, troubleshooting, preparing equipment for maintenance and subsequent operation, and inspections.

During your time as a Plant Operator, you will

• Assure standards of safety, environmental, team and individual performance are met in a high-performance team-based organization.
• Be responsible for communicating the status of all processing during the shift to the Lead Plant Operator.
• Prepare equipment for daily operation activities.
• Work effectively in a team environment

If you...

• Have a High School Diploma / GED.
• Have 3 years of warehouse/manufacturing experience.
• Possess and can maintain a valid driver's license (Preferred)
• Have experience that demonstrates strong behaviors in safety and environmental performance.
• Have experience with minor maintenance conducted by operations.
• Are willing and able to work rotating shifts.
• Are able to lift 55 lbs and a ble to stand or walk extended period.
