Market Express is a transportation and logistics company that serves customers with creative shipping and freight solutions. Cover customer freight and book additional freight ensuring utilization of fleet capacity within assigned areas/divisions, and managing trailer pools. Effectively plan assigned customer freight for effective on time service and productivity. Ensure freight balances through booking additional freight as needed. Coordinate with sales, customer service, dispatch and management. Make outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments and solicit freight. Collect required information from customers accurately. Update customer database when jobs are completed. Experience with local and regional fleets a plus. Answer incoming calls. Work with TMW/AS400, DAT, Outlook and Office 365.
