Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) :

• Delivering expert lymphedema care to patients in their homes.
• Collaborate with the therapy team to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on care, focusing on therapeutic interventions for lymphedema patients.
• Accurately documents patient progress and ensures compliance with clinical standards.
• Maintain adherence to regulatory and infection control standards.

Qualifications for the Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Role :

• Active PT license in Florida.
• 1 year of home health experience; experience with lymphedema care is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Skilled in clinical documentation software.
