Full-Time - W-2 permanent position

Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) :

Delivering expert lymphedema care to patients in their homes.
Collaborate with the therapy team to implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide hands-on care, focusing on therapeutic interventions for lymphedema patients.
Accurately documents patient progress and ensures compliance with clinical standards.
Maintain adherence to regulatory and infection control standards.

Qualifications for the Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Role :

Active PT license in Florida.
1 year of home health experience; experience with lymphedema care is preferred.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Skilled in clinical documentation software.
