Job Description

OpTech is looking for Pharmacy Technicians for one of their Direct client in Michigan.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule between the hours of Monday-Friday 7AM-6PM EST.

Job Description:

• Assist in providing pharmacy services
• Work on the pharmacy help desk grievance team
• Responsible for data entry and triage of grievances to coordinators
• Able to update Excel spreadsheet for leadership review
• Other duties as needed

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a Retail Pharmacy environment
• Minimum of 1 year pharmacy experience working under a licensed pharmacist or completion of certified pharmacy technical program
• Working knowledge of third-party claims process
• Strong computer skills (Typing, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
• Detail-oriented along with a strong ability to multi-task
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Education/Certifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
