What is the mission of the Wellbeing Coordinator?

  • Position Summary: The Wellbeing Coordinator will play a crucial role in enhancing our customer experience and community outreach initiatives. This position involves managing customer contacts, assisting with reward points inquiries, and providing administrative support to our Dietitian team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to analyze sales data to inform our programs.

What will I do as the Wellbeing Coordinator?

  • Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to nutrition services, reward points, and community programs.
  • Community Outreach: Assist in planning and executing community outreach events, workshops, and nutrition education sessions in collaboration with the Dietitian team. Occasional regional travel required with occasional night/ weekend availability needed.
  • Administrative Assistance: Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing communications, and preparing materials for presentations and events.
  • Sales Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing our nutrition programs and services.
  • Program Coordination: Help coordinate special promotions and initiatives related to nutrition and wellbeing, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Dietitian team to gather insights and support their day-to-day operations.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, community events, and sales data analysis to inform strategic decisions.

What we expect you to bring to the table?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a customer service, administrative, or coordinator role is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with data analysis tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for health, nutrition, and community engagement.
