Arizona Home Care and Infusion has been setting the standard in home healthcare since 1995. We are accredited by both the Joint Commission and NABP, and we offer a broad range of services, including Infusion, Nuclear, and Specialty Pharmacy, Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Medical Social Workers, Home Health Aides, and an Outpatient Total Joint Program.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmacist located in Tempe, AZ. The Pharmacist will be responsible for preparing and dispensing medications, monitoring patient medication therapies, and providing pharmacological information to multidisciplinary health care teams. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, managing pharmaceutical inventory, and supervising pharmacy technicians and support staff.

• Expertise in preparing and dispensing medications, and monitoring patient medication therapies
• Strong knowledge of pharmacological principles and their application
• Experience in compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Ability to manage pharmaceutical inventory and supervise support staff
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to provide patient and healthcare team education on medication usage
• Pharm.D. degree from an accredited institution
• Current Pharmacist license in the state of Arizona
• Prior experience in infusion pharmacy or home healthcare is a plus
