Personal Lines Insurance- Internal Sales & Retention Specialist opening in Florida. The Personal Lines Internal Sales & Retention Specialist is responsible for renewing and expanding client relationships within the Personal Lines department. This role focuses on retention, cross-selling, and managing internal sales opportunities to support growth and client satisfaction. This is a full-time position working in our office located in Northwestern or Palm Beach area of Florida. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through proactive communication and timely service. Identify opportunities to offer additional personal lines coverages and close sales with existing clients. Lead the remarketing and renewal process to ensure clients receive competitive and appropriate coverage. Monitor and manage the internal Personal Lines sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and processing. Process endorsements, updates, and follow-ups accurately and efficiently. Review applications and renewals for adherence to carrier guidelines. Ideal candidate has 3–5 years in customer service, account management, or insurance sales, specifically in Personal Lines. Familiarity with Florida’s personal insurance market and core coverages (e.g., home, auto, umbrella). Active Florida 2-20 or 20-44 Insurance License required.
