Job Description

A consulting firm in Lake Forest is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative, logistical, and personal support to the Chief Executive Officer. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to handle multiple tasks with discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings or travel arrangements
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and other documents (digital and physical)
  • Run personal errands and perform tasks such as booking appointments, reservations, dry cleaners, or shopping
  • Liaise with internal staff, clients, and external contacts
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Manage household staff and vendors
  • Prepare reports, presentations, or documents as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a personal assistant supporting a C-level executive
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Discretion and trustworthiness are essential
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • Valid driver's license
