Title: Performance Marketing Manager

This is a critical position for our company; a lot will be expected. You should be hungry to make changes, grow professionally, and constantly seek new ways to make things better.

JOB TYPE This is a full-time, on-site, exempt position based at the Wolf & Shepherd office in El Segundo, CA.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leading project management for campaign projects and product launches from inception to installation and reporting, including timelines and budgets.
• Developing the strategy and supporting execution for multi-channel engagement throughout key points of the customer journey.
• Designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across channels including social media, out-of-home, TV, audio, social media, events, and partnerships with the support of channel managers.
• Measuring and optimizing campaigns including defining goals and KPIs, tracking performance, and adjusting plans where necessary.
• Performing competitive analyses and market assessments as needed to support the projects at hand.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define, manage and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new and existing product initiatives.
• Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends to translate results into actionable insights for the team and leadership.
• Ensure our brand messaging is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts.

ON A TYPICAL DAY YOU WILL:

• Maintain day-to-day operations of paid social & search campaigns across multiple platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc) and execute ad creation processes.
• Support paid advertising activity laddering up to the overall business goals of Wolf & Shepherd.
• Manage campaign bidding and optimizations.
• Lead day-to-day communications with any external paid advertising team contacts (audience tool contacts, social platform account managers, etc.).
• Contribute to paid social & search strategy for the annual Marketing Calendar; including product launches, exclusive promotions, seasonal trends, and more.
• Build and maintain weekly and monthly reporting to analyze cross-platform performance and hit ecommerce goals.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• 2-5+ years of progressive experience in digital/performance marketing, preferably in footwear, retail, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
• Proven experience leading performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Analytical mindset with experience in marketing analytics, KPI tracking, and performance optimization.
• Deep understanding of brand marketing, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
• Ability to think strategically while also executing tactically.
