• Minimum 10 to 12 years’ experience working in Development ,Support & Enhancement type of project in Peoplesoft HR, Payroll, Time & Material modules.
• PeopleSoft HCM experience should include extensive working on Core HR, NA Payroll ,Benefits in the capacity of techno-functional consultant
• This is a lead role to be hands-on development work as well as manage team of offshore resources based in IndiaPreparation of Estimation, SOW's, good communication with leadership and client stakeholders.
• Must have worked on Production support projects, good problem solving skills, well aware of SLAs, used ticketing tool like ServiceNow.
• Extensive work Experience with People Code, App Engines reports, Integration broker, SQR and other Peoplesoft development tools.
• Preparation and Presentation of WSR's MSR""s etc for PeopleSoft.
• Should have experience in working independently with customer, including taking requirements till deployment as well as manage work of offshore team. Guide offshore team on solution and quality of work
• Follows Quality process.
• Must possess excellent communication skills and lead role
