Role; PeopleSoft Financial Consultant

Location: Sacramento, CA (Hybrid – Remote flexibility with occasional onsite requirement)

R Systems Inc. is seeking a highly qualified PeopleSoft Financial Consultant to support a large-scale enterprise financial system implementation. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, with potential onsite engagements in Sacramento, CA as required with advance notice.

The ideal candidate will bring strong functional and technical expertise in PeopleSoft Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) 9.x , along with proven experience in testing automation, training development, and change management .

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, configure, and test PeopleSoft FSCM modules including GL, AP, AM, and PO
• Design and implement automated regression testing frameworks using tools such as Katalon Studio, Jenkins, and Git
• Develop comprehensive documentation including test scripts, business process flows, user guides, and training materials
• Lead and deliver user training programs to ensure successful adoption of system enhancements
• Plan and execute change management strategies and communication plans for implementation rollouts
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure solution alignment with business objectives

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with PeopleSoft FSCM version 9.x
• Minimum 2 years of experience with PeopleTools 8.5x
• Proven experience in one or more of the following:
• Java development
• Test automation tools (e.g., Katalon Studio, Jenkins, Git)
• Training design and delivery for enterprise systems
• Change management and stakeholder communication
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• Prior experience working on large-scale ERP or government projects is a plus

Additional Information

• Standard 8-hour workdays
• Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States
• Three (3) professional managerial references are required
