Job Requirements:
· Minimum of three years of general office/accounting experience; payroll experience preferred
· Associate"s/Bachelor"s degree preferred or equivalent experience
· Intermediate understanding of accounting/mathematical procedures is required
· Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
· Strong strategic thinking and a firm attention to detail are a must
· Excellent communication skills in writing and speaking forms
· Knowledge of Client business units/structure preferred
· Superior attention to detail with the ability to locate discrepancies
· Motivation to be innovative with a continuous improvement mindset
· Exceptional customer service, organization and time management skills
· Special projects may be given to help support management metrics
· Ability to set goals, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines
· Comfortable making quick/calculated decisions
· Knowledge of IBM (CICS & IMS) and MDM systems
· Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
· Must be able to hear and speak clearly; read, comprehend and communicate, orally and in writing in order to effectively communicate in person or by phone
