ResponsibilitiesThe Patient Safety Program Manager plays a crucial role within our healthcare organization and is responsible for overseeing and implementing patient safety and risk management initiatives at the site level. Reporting directly to the Director of Patient Safety, this position focuses on coordinating and leading patient safety efforts within a specific hospital site, ensuring compliance with system-wide patient safety and risk management standards. The Patient Safety Program Manager is instrumental in fostering a culture of safety, mitigating risks, and promoting continuous improvement in patient safety practices at the site level.
