Location: Summit Park Communities, Roxborough, PA Position Type: Part-Time Availability: Must have Saturday evening availability UCH is seeking a motivated and responsible Bouncer to work in a fast-paced full-service Clubhouse located in the heart of our community at Summit Park Apartments (). Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain the safety and security of patrons and staff Check for valid IDs to ensure legal age & residency compliance Watch the crowd for altercations and/or unruly patrons or guests Address and de-escalate conflicts professionally and respectfully Enforce venue rules and policies while maintaining a friendly demeanor Assist in crowd control and ensure capacity limits are adhered to Protect company property and equipment from damage Assist bartender in stocking the bar as needed Qualifications: High School Diploma Background Check Required Personable and friendly attitude A bility to multi-task Prior experience in security, crowd control, or a related role is a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure Availability on Saturday evenings is required What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay A supportive and professional work environment Opportunity to be part of a dynamic and energetic team If you’re dependable, proactive, and ready to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you!
