Responsibilities:

• Meet with pre-scheduled, qualified leads – no cold calling or prospecting needed
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, helping them make informed decisions
• Present and sell HomeFix’s home improvement products and services
• Meet and exceed sales targets and monthly performance goals
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Be a proactive, positive team member contributing to a fun, energetic work environment

Qualifications:

• Recent college graduate (or soon-to-be graduate) with a drive to succeed
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping people
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for opportunity
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
