Manage and track inventory levels and order processing
Use software tools to generate shipping labels , update orders, and manage workflow
Coordinate pack & ship operations , ensuring accuracy and speed
Respond to customer inquiries using ticketing software
Maintain accurate records and analyze inventory reports
Handle processing, device programming , and system updates
Work with Excel and other tools to manage logistics data
Sit at your own desk with a laptop and process incoming/outgoing items Â
Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive
Comfortable working with multiple software platforms
Strong with Excel and data entry
Prior team lead experience is a plus
Not necessarily from a traditional warehouse background
