What You’ll Do:

• Provide personalized service by helping patients select frames and lenses that fit their lifestyle and vision needs.
• Work closely with our doctor to ensure every patient receives top-notch care during exams and treatments.
• Assist with preliminary eye tests, including visual acuity, eye pressure measurements, and diagnostic imaging.
• Educate patients on contact lens care and proper insertion/removal techniques.
• Handle insurance claims and guide patients through their vision benefits with clarity and ease.
• Keep our practice running smoothly by maintaining inventory, ensuring equipment is clean and organized, and assisting with scheduling and administrative tasks.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Prior experience in an optometry, eye care, or ophthalmology setting; ABO certification is a plus
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• You have a warm, friendly personality and love helping people.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to keep things running smoothly.
• Comfort with basic computer skills and electronic medical records.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week in person (Monday through Friday 7:45am - 5pm).
