Our client is a leading contractor specializing in HVAC , piping , and plumbing systems for large-scale construction projects. With a reputation for delivering top-quality work, we focus on multifamily and commercial projects, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety every step of the way. We’re seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee and lead our growing team on impactful construction projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Team Leadership : Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of professionals to successfully execute HVAC, piping, and plumbing construction projects from start to finish.
• Project Oversight : Oversee large-scale projects, ensuring all activities are on schedule, within budget, and meeting the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Budget Management : Take responsibility for project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and the projects are delivered within financial targets.
• Client & Stakeholder Collaboration : Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, subcontractors, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and smooth project execution.
• Quality & Safety : Maintain high standards of quality control and safety throughout the duration of each project, ensuring compliance with all codes and regulations.
• Problem Solving : Proactively address any issues or challenges that arise on the job site, offering solutions that keep the project on track and under budget.
• Process Improvement : Lead efforts to continuously improve construction processes, working with the team to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience : Proven experience in HVAC/Piping/Plumbing construction, with a strong background in leading large teams and complex projects from the ground up. Multifamily experience is a plus, but commercial experience is also welcome.
• Leadership : At least 5+ years of experience leading teams and managing projects of significant size and complexity, including large budgets and multiple stakeholders.
• Education : A construction degree is preferred, but equivalent hands-on experience and industry knowledge will also be considered.
• Skills : Strong project management skills, financial acumen to manage large budgets, and a deep understanding of HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems and installations.
• Problem Solver : Ability to think quickly, manage multiple priorities, and resolve challenges efficiently.
• Team-Oriented : A natural leader who excels at building strong, collaborative teams and fostering a positive, productive work environment.
