Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support our oil & gas terminal and fleet operations. This role plays a critical part in daily logistics, railcar and truck coordination, invoicing, customer support, and data entry. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, is Excel-proficient, and brings a high level of organization and responsiveness to daily workflows.
