Carefree Boat Club Network is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support our fast-growing network of boat clubs. This pivotal role blends administrative operations, project coordination, and first level technical support—ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, multi-functional environment.

🚀 What You’ll Do

Operations Administration

• Support day-to-day administrative functions across a network of 140+ club locations.
• Facilitate internal communications between leadership, remote teams, and club managers.
• Handle routine documentation, scheduling, correspondence, and billing coordination.
• Maintain filing systems, records, and workflows for operational efficiency.

Project Coordination & Execution

• Drive project timelines, track deliverables, and ensure milestones are met across club initiatives.
• Manage onboarding processes for new club locations and staff.
• Utilize tools like Trello, Basecamp, or similar platforms to organize and communicate team progress.
• Coordinate and document cross-departmental initiatives and provide follow-through on action items.

System & Member Support

• Serve as a go-to contact for member and staff inquiries, delivering exceptional support.
• Provide first-level support for our proprietary reservation system (ResNet).
• Administer Gmail, 2FA, DocuSign workflows, and other systems.
• Maintain technical documentation and create easy-to-use guides for users.

🧰 What You Bring

• Experience in administrative support, project coordination, and/or operations.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar), DocuSign, and web-based platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks while working independently and with remote teams.

🌊 Nice to Have

• Background in hospitality, recreation, boating, or membership-based organizations.
• Familiarity with billing, payroll, or CRM systems.
• Passion for boating and the marine industry (not required but welcome!).
