Job Description

ESC has a direct hire opportunity for a talented Omni-Channel Marketing Leader in the Greater Milwaukee Area. This hybrid role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution to enhance our client’s brand, drive market share growth, and improve customer and dealer acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing : Lead SEM, SEO, email, and affiliate campaigns to increase traffic, leads, and conversions.
  • Website Management : Optimize UX, performance, and scalability while managing website hosting and security.
  • Offline Marketing : Create print materials, oversee creative projects, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Lead Generation : Develop B2B demand generation strategies using data-driven insights.
  • Brand & Integration : Ensure consistent brand messaging across channels, measure performance, and refine strategies.
  • Team Leadership : Mentor marketing teams and collaborate with sales, product, and executive teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years in omni-channel marketing leadership, with B2B lead generation expertise.
  • Proficiency in digital tools (e.g., Google Ads, SEO platforms) and website management.
  • Strong offline marketing experience and analytical skills.
  • Leadership and project management capabilities.
  • Experience in manufacturing or snow/ice control industries is a plus.
