Job Description

Office Administrator / Office Manager

  • Location: Boca Raton, Florida (on-site position) - local candidates only please
  • Compensation: $65,000 to $75,000 base salary plus discretionary bonus and benefits

Summary for Office Administrator / Office Manager:

Established, expanding mental health & wellness practice seeks a professional to rely on and grow with. Selected individual will provide important administrative & organizational support to Executive(s) – including schedule management, coordination of meetings & travel, communications, preparing documents & presentations, maintaining overall office operations (procedures, budgets, security management, facility maintenance oversight, etc.).

Qualifications for Office Administrator / Office Manager:

  • Relevant Executive Administrative Support and / or Office Management & Administration experience required
  • Healthcare practice / office experience ideal
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • High proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, ability to maintain confident information, problem solving and adaptability
  • Ability to take instruction and work independently as well
