Job Description

Position: Office Administrative Assistant

Location: North Loop – Minneapolis, MN

Start Date: ASAP

Onsite | Contract-to-Hire

Pay: $20-25/hr

Benefits: Eligible for health, dental, vision, 401k.

We’re seeking a proactive and highly organized Office Administrative Assistant to step into a critical onsite role supporting a 60-person office.

In this role, you’ll be the heartbeat of daily office operations—opening the office each morning, managing supplies and vendors, coordinating deliveries, handling invoicing, and supporting leadership with various administrative projects.

What You’ll Do:

  • Open and prepare the office daily
  • Serve as the day-to-day point person for all onsite needs
  • Manage mail, packages, deliveries, and office supplies
  • Track and process daily staff purchase invoices
  • Maintain vendor relationships and ensure smooth operational flow
  • Coordinate with the CFO and COO on administrative projects and special initiatives
  • Keep the office running seamlessly for approximately 60 employees

  • Experience in office management, administrative coordination, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills
  • Confident working independently and owning office operations
  • Comfortable with light invoicing
  • Professional, personable, and reliable—especially in a fast-moving environment
  • Ability to start immediately and work full-time onsite
