OnPoint Medical Group is searching for an outstanding Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team our team at OnPoint Internal Medicine at Harvard Park located on the Porter Hospital Campus! Come join a great group of medical professionals as our network continues to grow!

The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will be responsible for both direct patient care and administrative functions for our family and internal medicine patients. Physician Lead will provide the overall direction for clinical activities and initiatives within their clinic. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING

1.Practice using sound medical judgment and adhere to all ethical considerations of the practice of medicine, know limitations and seek consult when advisable; keep abreast of current technologies and industry standards

 
2.Monitor and mentor medical assistants, to ensure appropriate clinical care and continual performance improvements

3.Meet all clinical obligations of a family, internal medicine or pediatric medical practice

4.Follow all internal policies and procedures; be accountable for completion of all operational tasks according to guidelines to ensure appropriate clinical processing/documentation

5.Continually advise administration of any issues that may impact the practice

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Graduation from an accredited program of nurse practitioner/physician assistant studies and licensed through the State of Colorado
  • Unrestricted Colorado License
  • Board Certification for specialty
  • Strong computer skills required. Athena EMR experience preferred
  • Basic Life Support card
  • 2 years' experience in primary care practice required

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000
