New Business Development Manager

Charlotte, NC / Raleigh, NC

Key Skills:

• Prior experience in New Business Development acquiring New Clients (IT, Non-IT, Professional, Engineering).
• Prior experience acquiring new business opportunities in following areas: Contract/Perm Placements, Managed Services, SOW, Hire/Train/Deploy (HTD) Model.
• Extensive experience with bringing and managing New Customers.
• Experience managing existing customers.
• Prior Successful experience of providing YOY Growth.
• Extensive experience in providing Account Management support to high volume requirements.
• Experience working with MSP, Procurements, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Delivery Leaders, Business Team/Leadership, and Hiring Managers.
• Extensive experience of Leading and Managing SI, Mid-Market & Enterprise Customers.
• Strong ability of working in fast-paced environment and able to multitask.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Able to attend Technology and Client Events.
• Being part of Technology and Networking Group.

Preferred:

• Technology knowledge: Java, .NET, C#, Python, Scala, JEE, .NET Core, Angular, ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3, Database, NoSQL, Hadoop, Big Data, AWS/GCP/Azure Cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, SRE, QA, Automation, Selenium, Cucumber, Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Project/Program Management, Agile, Scrum.

COMPENSATION: The base pay for this position ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 with a potential earning opportunity of $150K - $200K+. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Dependent on the position offered, commission, bonus, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
