Job Summary: Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking experienced NA and CNA professionals to join our team as we continue to provide quality in-home care services to our senior clients. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and personalized care to our clients in Honolulu, Hawaii. This is a full-time, salaried position with a competitive hourly rate between $18 to $25 per hour, paid weekly. Scheduling Options : Flexible scheduling Choose your own shifts Recurring shifts, Part-time, Full-time and On-call positions Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care services to clients such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with mobility and transferring of clients
• Implement and maintain the client's care plan as directed by the supervisor
• Administer medications as per physician's orders
• Monitor and report changes in the client's physical and mental condition to the supervisor
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients
• Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands as needed
• Communicate effectively with the client's family, supervisor, and other healthcare professionals
• Adhere to all state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Must have a valid and current nursing assistant certification (CNA) or nursing aide certification (NA)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare or senior care setting
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Must have a reliable mode of transportation and a valid driver's license
