We're seeking a talented Mortgage Loan Originator to join our team. This is a hybrid position that offers the flexibility to work remotely and in-office.

As a Mortgage Loan Originator, you'll:

Source and close deals: Prospect for new clients, convert leads, and close mortgage loans.
Provide exceptional service: Guide clients through the mortgage process, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.
Build relationships: Network with real estate agents, builders, and other industry professionals.
Stay up-to-date: Keep abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes.
To qualify, you'll need:

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in mortgage origination.
Strong communication skills: The ability to build rapport and influence others.
Excellent organizational skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
A passion for helping others: A desire to help people achieve their homeownership dreams.
Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus.
