Job Description

  • Position: Mobile Print & Hospitality - Office Associate –
  • Location: The position is primarily based in Dallas, TX (75201) , supporting four client locations . Occasional support may be required in Coppell, TX (one site) and Plano, TX (two sites) .
  • Pay Range: $24–$25 per hour | Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week (Day Shift)
  • We are seeking a skilled Mobile Print Office Associate to support legal print, reprographics, and office service functions in our downtown Dallas location. The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail, professionalism, and adaptability to support multiple departments, including Print Operations, Mailroom, Hospitality, Reception, and Facilities .

    Legal Print Expertise

    A Print Associate in a legal environment must demonstrate accuracy, confidentiality, and technical proficiency when handling sensitive and deadline-driven materials.

    Key competencies include:

    • Expertise with legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, motions, exhibits, depositions, and discovery materials
    • Complex document formatting (Tables of Authorities/Contents, line numbering, Bates stamping, redlining, headers/footers)
    • High-volume printing, scanning, and finishing (velo/coil/comb binding, tabbing, hole punching, slip sheeting)
    • Trial preparation and binder assembly in accordance with attorney specifications
    • Strict adherence to confidentiality and version control protocols

    Core Responsibilities

    Mailroom & Print Operations

    • Operate high-volume printers and finishing equipment.
    • Manage incoming/outgoing mail and packages using systems such as PS Track and Campus Ship.
    • Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of all materials.

    Facilities & Hospitality Support

    • Set up meeting rooms, AV equipment, and catering services.
    • Perform light maintenance tasks and office moves.
    • Conduct regular floor walks to maintain a polished, client-ready environment.

    Reception & Client Services

    • Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and discretion.
    • Support meetings, events, and catering logistics
    • Provide exceptional service in all client-facing interactions.
