Job Description

As a Project Manager within the Marketing team, you will focus on managing projects related to Product Rewards and Promotions. This role does not involve campaign execution. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:

• Validate projects and ensure they meet requirements.
• Monitor Fallout Reports and address issues.
• Route copy approvals through the appropriate channels.
• Update procedures and job aids as necessary.
• Maintain and update task trackers.
• Collaborate with teams to revise checklists as needed.
• Ensure articles are published accurately.
• Review complaints and determine if escalation is required.
• Manage the installation and renewal of letters.
• Provide coverage for teammates to maintain controls and progress tasks during their absence.
• Create and distribute weekly email updates.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance process controls and reporting.
• Update the Marketing Board as needed.
• Train Business Partners on compliance tasks as required.
• Work on team presentation decks.

Qualifications:

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Experience managing PowerPoint decks.
